Very nice hotel with sterling service by all staff members. Room was large and very comfortable. Only problem was very mediocre TV with no hotel menu, no movies, empty channels, etc. Ritz can do better.

As usual the Ritz delivered an awesome weekend in Cleveland. The staff is so friendly and willing to assist, it is easy to see as they all walk around with smiles on their faces. Great place to stay downtown.
