Very convenient, right on airport property. Very clean, seemed newly renovated, lobby set up for group meetings is a nice amenity. Free shuttle service to the Easton mall is a plus. Lots of dining options there plus very good shopping. Staff is friendly. Didn't get to check out fitness center or pool however due to shortness of trip.

This is a place to look forward to staying! Very clean and lovely. It is a quiet and comfortable place to relax. After a long day of driving this is an ideal place to put up your feet, sit back and let the tension leave your body in a quiet, clean and comfortable room.

The staff were very courtious, professional and helpful. Due to the loacation near the airport the planes were a little noisy, but did not keep me from sleeping well. I would most likely stay here again when I travel to Columbus.

I was surprised at how close to the airport the hotel was, with a very short shuttle bus trip from the terminal to the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast choice was first class with too much to choise from.

Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast food was fair, not the best Hilton Garden Inn breakfast I have eaten. Front desk staff was short and impatient. I stay at this hotel due to its location next to the airport but there are others in the vicinity that I will try next time.

I received all my requests and additional help in areas I need it. When ever I asked a question I was give nothing but attention to my needs. They were not only respectful but attentive. Very Clean and relaxing. I had a great stay.

I was told by American Airlines when my flight was cancelled to O'Hare due to weather that I would have to stay overnight in Columbus. Buffet breakfast was not a true buffet. Fresh fruit, juices, and pastries were the only items laid out as a buffet. All hot items had to be ordered at the counter. No seconds were allowed.Service was slow.
