I've stayed in hotels and motels all over the world, and I've stayed in some pretty ratty ones. Nothing like this one, though. It's surprising it's considered by code enforcement officials to be habitable. We were sent to this dump because the pwer went off in the "hotel" that we were staying at. Upon our arrival we saw police at the entrance looking for a kidnapper(never a good sign.)
