I have stayed here many times, including spending nearly two weeks here while starting to build a house in the area. I have been staying at the William Ann Motel for one week out of each month, for the past ten months. There are NO bedbugs whatsoever at this establishment. Please do not let the review below mislead you. I fully check my guestrooms each time I stay. Believe me, I am as picky of a customer as one can get.... More

“Bed bugs”

The first night was fine friendly people. The second we found bed bugs. We told the owners they did nothing about it and wouldn't refund our money. They said there wasn't any there I have the bites to prove it.

To Whom It May Concern, We firmly believe that your comments are quite absurd and unfounded. We have no record of your stay or the aforementioned situation ever occurring. We keep coming back over and over. The William Ann is about half way on a trip made two or three times a year. If you want a night's sleep at a price within a budget, then stay here. I would love to rate this place a little higher. I really, REALLY want to! The rooms were fantastically clean! We appreciate your feedback. As you mentioned, a wide-spread power outage is no one's fault. It happens. As for our windows, due to security reasons, we cannot keep them openable. There are many liabilities involved if a child were to stay in a guestroom with an openable window. However, in a situation like this, management could have unscrewed the windows... More

My wife and I stayed here yet again for a nice weekend getaway. Thank goodness nothing has changed since our last visit. I stopped here at the end of the day. Room was very clean, but dated. Door opened to parking lot. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
