“Worst hotel to stay”

We booked 2 Super Luxury rooms and to our surprise there was only one type of room, fake photos on Make my trip websites, only one type of room(no deluxe, super deluxe and luxury category)and that too in very bad condition. hotel manager shouted on us when we asked for towel and soaps. filthy bedsheets, unclean quilts, old furniture that... I had booked hotel 3 months in advance in Feb'2012 from link provided on there website (www.hotelamardalhousie.com/rooms) and paid money through credit card and get confirmation mail from zeecloud and cc to hotelamardalhousie@gmail.com but when i had contacted 1 week before to my travelling date i was shocked that my rooms was not booked and response got from hotel guy... “Good Experience”

The hotel is a good one to stay in the beautiful place like Dalhousie. We stayed there for a couple of days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The hotel is good with comfortable rooms. The room service is very polite and friendly and the food is also good. Overall a good place to spend your hard earned money.
