Arrived this afternoon. Check in super smooth . Mr Clifford. Joseph Ring. Anthony and. Ms. Helen did an excellent work of checking us. . Service was with smile . They offered us welcome hot ginger herbal tea . It was delicious. It was too good and had to request if I can get one more . Ms Helen obliged. Tonight we will try dinner in the restaurant. Will write more in detail . Air conditioning is working very well in the room

we stayed in the suite room on the 2nd floor. all toiletries were provided. they had 2 TVs, one in the bedroom and another one in the sitting area although the number of channels is not very great. the whole room had faux wooden flooring. on the first day, the mini fridge didn't work and they replaced it promptly. we were unable to sleep properly on the first night because of some noises from upstairs and on informing the staff (super kudos to Clifford here), they tried to address it but couldn't locate the source of the problem. they offered a deluxe room for us to sleep in while we retained the suite but we declined. to compensate for the inconvenience they offered us a free lunch buffet but we opted for the a la carte dinner, which was pretty good. during the dinner the hotel manager and a slew of staff came to us to ensure we were feeling good and we felt like royalty. the chef even offered us a fresh fruit platter but we were too full to accept it. they didn't have to do that but they went above and beyond their service commitments. the most pleasant surprise came when we were checking out - the man at the front desk gave me an envelope containing cash as an apology for the inconvenience of the first night! they truly exceeded my expectations by a fair degree and people in the service industry need to learn from the staff.…

I would prefer staying at this hotel in future visits. I gave top rating due to the room ambience, service and breakfast is yummy. I recommend this hotel for all my known family friends, work colleagues

Positives - All the staff were polite, courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Food in-room and in the restaurant was excellent. Internet was good. There was no power breakdown as there was quick back up available. Basement parking was available for our car which was helpful in keeping it clean. Needs improvement (Not a complaint): AC was vibrating and noisy. Response time from Room Service was poor and required frequent attempts to reach them. Surrounding was noisy as though some work was happening with movement of furnitures and gas cylinder. Room service bills were not presented at the time of delivery. Overall: In a place like Kanchipuram, we got more than what we expected. Staff are very good, excellent property centrally located with all amenities, restaurant is spacious with good ambience, food was amazing. Overall it was a great experience. I am sure the hotel administration takes care of improvement areas. It is worth staying here. Also, we had good experience with GRT Hotels in other places like Salem and Thiruthani…

I have been here before so it was what I expected. The hotel is clean and all the staff are polite. Amenities are nearby. The only issue is the small road to enter the hotel. We had to wait for sometime before our car could enter on the day of our check in. Other than that, we are extremely happy.

Centrally located, rooms are clean and well maintained. Especially restaurant is good which provided fresh food. Staff is good and cooperative. Nice experience. A bit expensive but worth for money spent.

Centrally located nice hotel. The room size is good. Staff is very helpful. Food was good. They have a saree shop also adjacent to hotel where in house get 10% discount. Don't expect any view from the room as it is in the market and buildings are quite close to each other.

Reasonably Good Hotel in the heart of Kanchipuram. Quite close to main temples of the city. The rooms are spacious but without fridge which is a big disappointment in hot weather. The buffet breakfast has good spread and food served us tasty. Some optional items are changed on daily basis. The hotel is quite close to market area and good vegetarian restaurants

Very Good Hotel in Kanchipuram. Staff response was too good. Room, Bathroom were very clean with all comforts. Breakfast with many dishes was very tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Though price little bit more, we wish to visit again and stay in the same hotel
