Went to the Riverside for a birthday afternoon tea. The service we received from a lady called Suzanne was excellent. She was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely and I will definitely be visiting again

Lovely hotel in a delightful spot. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Ollie on the front desk came upstairs twice to explain the air con and sort out our wifi, even though they were really busy with a wedding going on.
