Great value guest house / 4 us of stayed and we all thought that the rooms & service where great / nicely decorated & had everything that you could need / A fantastic breakfast where nothing was too much trouble. Couldn't really ask for more. 2 minute walk to the Beech / Will stay again when we visit Bexhill.

Such a lovely place. Very nice rooms lovely breakfast. Rachel and andy very warm and welcoming people. Love the place thanks guys :) i want too come here again soon. 2 minute walk too the beach and lots too do. And only 5 minute walk too the train station..craig

“A lovely , friendly bed and breakfast”

We stayed here for three nights over Christmas period and cannot fault a thing! We were made to feel so welcome and looked after and the breakfast was second to none- delicious with a wide range of offerings! Lovely , comfortable stay with wonderful hosts- will be coming here again!

Great hospitality. Rachel & Andy made us feel very welcome. Room 5 (ensuite) was spacious & clean. Small touches, such as the free fruit available in the hall adds so much to the experience. The cooked vegetarian breakfast was fulsome and flavoursome. Would very happily stay there again.
