I have been here a few times with friends and family and everytime it has been great, the afternoon tea is to die for and the two course lunch is lovely. Will be coming back. The staff are always friendly. The only down side is the cost of the treatments, they are expensive for what you get.

Stayed at this hotel over the weekend for a wedding also being held here. Rooms were nice, and comfortable. Staff were polite and caring. Breakfast was excellent. Plenty of car park space. Good for a spa weekend. They hosted the wedding very well. Paid attention to every details, making sure everything went according to plan. Enjoyed the weekend stay here.
