This was my second trip in 6 months to this hotel. The second stay was equally as good as the first. Staff friendly and helpful and a breakfast that fills for the day. The rooms although compact are well appointed and clean and tidy. Its great being able to order firm pillows as well. More

Depending on the price you pay this hotel is a value alternative to paying manchester city centre. We stayed here saturday night for my partners 40th birthday.....On arrival we were early the receptionist sat us down with coffee why she checked to see if our rooms was ready as they where she then checked us in over a hour early!!. The hotel is located just out of town in an industrial location but safe enough. The staff are helpful and the rooms are clean. There is a £5.00 charge for parking which is a cheek seeing that you can park at their other hotels for free! More

Stayed here due to convenience for family visit. Unable to upgrade to executive room as previous visit and finally negotiated two glasses of free wine at the bar due to ambassador status.
