The Ormonde house hotel was a pleasant place to stay. Clean, tidy and quiet. Staff were very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good with a good choice. Near to the heathland so no car travel before a walk and near enough to be a pleasant stroll into Lyndhurst

we stayed in a superior room which was fine apart from the dark bed covers sucking the light from a slightly gloomy room, the food was very good ,the breakfast had a great variety and was of a excellent quality. we would stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights in a superior room. Room was large with settee and a large comfy bed. Would have preferred a duvet to sheets and blanket.
