Warm and welcoming. This B&B has everything you would expect from a hotel, except a restaurant, and there are several a short walk away. Great location for New Forest and Beaulieu. Excellent breakfast - even when ordered earlier than normally served! Helpful, informative and obliging - what more can I say?

John and Steph were most welcoming and they have established an excellent "home from home" for their guests. The room was immaculate and the house is extremely interesting and comfortable. Breakfast was just what I wanted and I would definately stay again.
