We stayed here last week and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. We were always treated with respect and made to feel welcome. The hotel has a nice homey feel. The major downsides are: the hallway noise, poor mattresses, no in-room WiFi. It is not luxurious, at all, but a pleasant unpretentious place to stay.
