My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in Hatfield, first time trying out Premier Inn.. quite simple really.. Great customer service..Premier Breakfast well recommended.. clean and tidy rooms..great attention to detail... one of the best sleeps we've had!! Very helpful & friendly staff, The adjacent table table restaurant provides breakfast and evening meals reasonably priced & at a very good standard. The level of service at the restaurant is also very high.

We stayed at the Premier Inns at Hatfield in East Anglia and this one is up to the usual excellent standard. Comfortable room; food and service excellent. “Two night week-end stay”

Comfortable, efficiently-managed stay, with staff as friendly and helpful as is typical of Premier Inn. Both dinner and breakfast were of a very good standard, and I would be happy to recommend the hotel to anyone staying in the Hatfield area.

The room was very clean and comfortable, apart from "noisy" soft pillows, (personal choice). The bed was comfortable, having attended a day of dance at nearby Hertingfordbury (10am to 10pm), so this was a welcome on our return. We stay at a lot of Premier Inns in East Anglia and this one is up to the usual excellent standard. Comfortable room; food and service excellent. Only downside for us was that we had our car aerial stolen whilst parked in the car park but the receptionist checked the CCTV for us and then followed up with phone calls... More

Our first time away to Hatfield and im glad we stayed at the permier Inn!! The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome!
