We are an Australian couple who stayed at the evening tide mid April for a couple of nights. Reric and Colleen made us feel very welcome, the room was spotless and the breakfast really was an unexpected delight. We will definitely be staying there again when we return to the UK

I was on holiday from Australia and toured most of the South Coast of England. Evening Tide was by far and away the best B&B i stayed in and as for the breakfast well I'm now back in Oz and been to all our local cafes looking for a full English, no luck yet................. A wonderful Guest House. Very friendly owners and great food. Eric and Colleen made us feel more than welcome again this April. We hope to spend next year's week in Kent at Evening Tide too. Great starting point for day trips to Canterbury, Dover or London.

Yes, this place is very good. We stayed in Room 1, with a fine view over the harbour. A surprisingly big room, well equipped, good bed/bedding/TV/facilities etc. Good double-glazing (very important - Herne Bay very windy!). Very clean. And very reasonably priced. We only stayed for a couple of nights and found it to be very clean and well managed by Eric and Colleen. My stay at Evening Tide was only for one night, but I felt very comfortable here, with a nice clean room and bed.
