Unwelcoming, in need of a good clean and repair. Cold cooked breakfast, dirty dusty table linens. No way is this a 4*.

Some good points to start off with, the hotel's pretty easy to get to from Folkestone town centre (bus from the main station runs about every 10 minutes during the day) and it's in a nice quiet area close to the sea. It's dirty, unkind,noisy,cheap breakfast served with cheap china, and under works so it is really not a pleasure to stay there.... Staff does not exist, only one lady to greet you after a while.... Only one advice:AVOID IT!!!!!!!
