Stayed here for 2 nights in May 2012. I've stayed here once before and never had any issues. Margate is not Las Vegas; you ain't going to get anything special but for £35 per night it ticks the box. Staff were very friendly, ran the bar all day for us, breakfast ok and my room was clean and tidy.

The hotel stuff is superb, Bridget has a wonderful sense of humor and will even bring tea to your room. The owner is a wonderful host and bartender, the breakfast huge and the room clean and good smelling. Cannot beat the value for money!

stayed here for 1 night ok hotel is cheap but room was dirty shower water luke warm at best and the stale smell that runs tgrough the hotel was awfull add to that the noise outside this is not a hotel if you want a good nights sleep
