The Calderbank is a lovely place to stay. Only 40 minutes away from the brashness of Blackpool and situated in the Forest of Bowland, one of the countries unspoilt areas, the Calderbank will not disappoint. First class comfortable hotel on the edge of a National Park with informal bar and restaurant serving excellent local produce. Ideal centre for visitors to the Lancashire and the Fylde coast. Calderbank is a beautiful Country Lodge with peacocks leisurely strolling the grounds. The bedroom and shower room were both clean and comfortable. There is a huge window in the bedroom so you can look out onto the idyllic countryside. The Proprietors, Rowland and Janet made us feel very welcomed.
