Rooms are not unpleasant and staff are friendly but the hotel is a little shabby overall. The main problem I experienced was noise as my room was located above the kitchens and the place where the staff went for a smoke and a gossip. This is not the first time that I have stayed at this hotel and rooms towards...

This hotel is pretty shabby and overpriced - £74.75 for B&B.
When I complained about the dirty bathroom floor of my ensuite (more than a dozen pubic hairs), no apology was offered, but a scowling "we'll fix that for you sir". When I went back to my room the count was down to a couple!!!!

My colleagues room was very different so I was disappointed that the same save was applied. Staff were pleasant but this place...

I can understand the guest's annoyance with the long power outage on the day that he stayed, since I was also staying at the hotel as well. The power did not come on until late in the evening when most guests had gone to bed. Unfortunately the length of the power cut caused the batteries in the fire alarm to...

I recently stayed for two nights and was pleased that the rooms have been refurbished. Nice quality furnishings, good food and I slept well.
