The owners should be ashamed. Being quite cheap does not excuse the dreadful state of the bedrooms and bathrooms or the dirty, dilapidated public areas and access. Staff are very pleasant - we felt sorry for them. We will have to go to the area quite often in future but we'd never stay there again unless they undertake complete renovation.

The hotel looks as though it was a lovely place to stay a long time ago. Before the rot set in it would have been handy to stay here. mold in the bedroom, mold on the bath side and on the tiles, staff very nice, er would not know most of them could not speak English, breakfast hot and ok, never got to finish it because the maid started to clear the table just as i started to eat,, lord, basil would have loved it.
