When we arrived at the hotel and checked in the room was nice. When we came back for the second night the room was not properly cleaned. The beds were sloppy and the trash had not been emptied. We had stayed on March 7th 2012 after a concert. We checked in before hand, we reserved a king room smoking and paid in full before hand.
