Nice travel lodge, quick check-in, clean room & bathroom, plenty of bedding & towels. We just wanted a place to sleep, this was perfect. Arrived at midnight and were greeted by a friendly, helpful receptionist. We were allocated a room on the ground floor at the front and were a bit worried about traffic noise keeping us awake. We didn't hear a thing and slept soundly. Chose this Travelodge as I wanted to stay over somewhere off the M40 following a long haul flight to Heathrow arriving on a Sunday evening. Stayed one night,everything was fine,the man on reception was very friendly,it is one of the older travelodges,,but it was clean bed was comfortable with a very good shower and for £15.00 a night it was a steal.

Stayed here a few years ago... It needed a refurb... It still does only now more desperate! Good location, very basic even by travelodge standards. Uncomfortable bed. Ill fitting curtains. Trickle for a shower. Sofa... Glad I didn't need to sleep on it! Tv was the highlight! Won't be back until I see its definatley been updated!
