We have just returned from a long weekend at this quiet tranquil park set in the Shropshire countryside. We were a party of 3 adults and 2 children and stayed in a 3 bed Kingfisher with sunken hot tub on the verandah. The lodge was very spacious and furnished to a high standard although the two leather sofas had seen... More

Have just returned from a 3 nigh Easter Break at Ashlea Pools Lodges and were very impressed!! On arrival and checking in at reception you are given a lovely hamper full of essential items, such as bread, butter, tea, coffee, and a pint of fresh milk. A really nice touch. We stayed in lodge number 11, which is a Kingfisher... More

We've just returned home from our mini-break at Ashlea Pools and we're already missing the lovely view over the lake from our Mandarin Lodge. The lodge was toasty warm and fully equipped to a high standard with new carpets, curtains and settees. We could have happily stayed longer, and hope to return sometime to visit the many places of interest... More

My family and I recently stayed at Ashlea Pools in a Mandarin Lodge. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were nice. However, the lodge although very clean was tired looking and shabby. On our first evening all the eclectics fused and we were unable to rectify this so had to call the caretakers. On their arrival the... More

We stayed with our 2 boys aged 5 and 8 and our dog for a long weekend, friday to monday. We arrived at the site over 2 hours before our check in time, with the intention of a look around and checking out the location before hand. We were stopped by Rita, the receptionist who informed us that our cabin... More

Spent 4 nights at lodge Kingfisher VIP Plus through Hoseasons. I have used these types of lodges before and prefer them to cottages as they are more light and spacious, also being tall I don't bang my head on the doorframes. Our lodges had a good size verandah with a sunken hottub, which was a good idea as it gave... More

We returned from Ashlea Pools Lodges at the end of January after a 4 night break booked through Hoseasons. We stayed in lodge number 17 Kingfisher VIP and it was fabulous. Very modern, luxurious, spacious, warm and spotlessly clean. There was a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits and toffees and the kitchen was very well equipped with... More

Just back from a short break Monday- Friday. What a little gem, so quiet, lodge immaculate and had amazing facilities. Hot tub was secluded and lovely. Nice little shop on site sells everything that you could need for a stay. We did a tesco oreder which worked really well. Dog walking area fenced off and a hose to wash her... More

We are just back from a great relaxing break in the Kingfisher VIP Lodge. The lodge was modern, clean and the hot tub amazing. The park settings are beautiful and peaceful. I would definately recommend this park. The beds were unusually comfortable and the view amazing.
