Stayed here for a surprise anniversary. Lovely hotel and a brilliant restaurant. Log fires and cosy corners in which to pass time made it all quite special. The menu for dinner was good and food prepared with pride and love. Breakfast provided the best Eggs Benedict of' 2012

This is an excellent quiet rural location with comfortable rooms. The dining room feels cramped but the food is generally very good, well presented and beautifully cooked.
