rooms are very varied, some with AC some without, some 5 star and some really 4 star. food in the evening is good but at lunch its a very average buffet lots of staff and generally good service but not really AA 5 red stars spa is good and the golf course very nice

Recommend a spring / summer visit to enjoy the outdoor pool. Rooms are very country chic, not that great but still comfortable. Service similarly ok, but not outstanidng. Funny feature was that Ferraris are parked right outside the main entrance, but others park their own cars - very "Footballers' Wives" we thought. Following a long flight we find this the best place to stay to unwind prior to a long onward drive home. We have stayed many times and enjoy the luxury, service, fitness and spa facilities and the food.
