Late arrival charge of £40 even though it was their fault we couldn't find the apartment before the cut off time. 5 minutes late and they still charged us despite pleading with them about it. Don't stay here

On our way down to Camberely from Glasgow we were advised that there would be a late charge if we arrived at the apartments after 9pm. The charge would be £40. A nice apartment on the whole, seriously let down by the service. we arrived at 9:20 on a thursday night after having travelled down from manchester, and had to pay a "late arrival fee" of £40 which was not mentioned on the website we booked on (booking dot com) I have never heard of a hotel in my life charging... More

People require to be aware that this individual fraudulently deducts monies from their credit card by stating that they have not returned keys & fob to the letterbox of the apartment.
