What a strange experience. I think the neon lights should have been a bit of a give away. The staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the food but the quality of accommodation was rather shabby and very "Faulty Towers" esque!!!!!

Good points: Location on the Lakeside (you may have guessed), very friendly and helpful staff, plenty of parking. Bad points: Empty hotel, rooms needed some renovation and the lesuire facilities cost extra to use. I imagine it is a lot better in the summer, when it is full and amenities open.

just returned from the lakeside darts and stayed at this hotel for three nights.Clean and comfortable and most of all the staff are all friendly and helpful. The hotel has a personal touch and you are treated as a true person not just a booking number. Will return hopefully next year and maybe in the summer for a short break... More
