Stayed one night as birthday treat. Room 3 was dirty with mould in the shower, no hot water in the morning, light bulbs blown, wardrobe door had to be wedged shut with a piece of card. Breakfast poor and disorganised, no bacon for full English breakfast as they ran out.

Nice pub, liked the atmosphere. There on a Friday night, not busy still managed to get a good table. The food however was not great. I had pork belly which was dry and well overcooked with not very much with it. Husband ordered fish and chips but they brought him a different sort of fish dish. We were hungry so... More

We stayed for 2 nights for a family funeral and chose the hotel as it wasn't far from a family home. One of the rooms was ok, the other 2 were very small, insufficient power points, shower broken and spraying water everywhere, shower door not closing properly. It appears to be being run by part time bar staff though they... More

Stayed here at the Kings Arms Hotel (which is a Pub Hotel) late 2012. Location is brilliant for Hampton Court, literally right next to it. Pub is very cosy too. Staff were pretty unfriendly/unhelpful at first but got slightly better throughout the stay. Be advised if you have heavy luggage that there are a number of steep, narrow staircases to... More

Stayed one night 13th April. Wanted to go to Hampton Court, the pub is right next to the lion gate, (where the maze is) parking could be a problem, they only have four spaces outside the pub, and they were taken by people who were going to a wedding. There is pay and display about 100yds away, which worked well,... More

Decided on The Kings Arms for a one night stay due to its proximity to Hampton Court and you could not be better positioned! We had slight concerns over parking as the hotel only has 6 dedicated slots and although street parking becomes available after 6:30 pm, we did not fancy a "bun fight" to find parking. As it happens,... More

Very well situated near to Hampton Court Palace. The room we stayed in was the Turret room which was very pretty with a four poster bed. The en suite was well equipped with everything you would expect. Had a few grumbles with certain things but when mentioned to the staff were immediately rectified. The breakfast is excellent something for everyone... More

We stayed here while visiting Hampton Court Palace. It was ideal as it sits on the walls of the palace. It looks very quaint and the bar area was quite comfy looking. We had booked two rooms, our room no12 was very small, their room 11 was a great size with a couple of comfy chairs to sit in. Our... More

Hi Jane Thanks for leaving feedback and I am sorry the service was not as good as it should have been. We work very hard to ensure our guests are looked after properly so it is disappointing to read you did not get the service you should have done on this occasion. Would you be able to let me know... Nothing that bad but lots of little things made it a poor place to stay. Parking difficult nearby. Tables in the bar usually covered with uncleared plates etc. Staff appeared sullen. Room very small with no space to unpack bags apart from on the bed or floor, no hanging space apart from two coat hooks with wire hangers and heating... More
