I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, even to someone i strongly disliked!! very run down and the manager was terribly rude towards me when i checked in practically throwing the key at me! the hotel has a restaurant which i thought i would eat at seeing as the menu looked quite good. WRONG. the whole ambiance was ruined...

I share some of the views expressed, the hotel is a little tired and dated but generally clean. No complaints about the staff - on the night I was in residence the young woman behind the bar was serving drinks and rushing to serve food, all with a smile on her face. Dinner and breakfast were first class.

We ventured into Hillmorton Manor not really knowing what to expect looking the reviews!!
We have to say that we had an absolutely fantastic evening. We were a party of 5 very loud ladies... the service we received was second to none and the food was outstanding. We took advantage of the steak and wine for 2. It proved to...

This is a lovely old house the room we stayed in was to the rear & very quiet, the bed was comfortable, we asked for the heating to be turned on & this was done straight away. A little extra money spent on the room would make a huge difference, the pull switch in the bathroom was grubby & had...
