Popped in at the last minute for Sunday lunch yesterday...always forget that the hotel does Sunday lunches! It was really good value at about £15 for 2 courses and a little more for 3. Beautiful setting, the most attentitive friendly staff - and delicious fresh food. We have a wedding to attend next month and even though we live only... More

Me and my husband stayed here for one night for a weekend break as a last minute thing, When we arrived we were given the bridal suite which was unexpected as we booked a executive suite but not complaining. The room was spacious with breathtaking views and lots of character. Overall great hotel, friendly staff and a hotel with history... More

Thank you for your comments and of course delighted your stay with us was enjoyable. The Tower does have some history with a previous occupant, who by all accounts has a mischevous character. Nobody has ever died at Brownsover Hall so all our spirits are very friendly and coexist in harmony with each other and us of course! Welcome back More

Held my birthday party here and stayed-over. Hotel did a good job of the event management for 40 guests, good location, clean, good food and nicely presented room. Only down side to the evening was my sweater went missing from our private event room and the staff weren't very interested the following morning in helping to locate it. It hasn't... More

I am pleased your Birthday celebrations were enjoyable and successful. I am sorry you lost your sweater in the course of the evening. We do have a central depository for lost and found items and unfortunately, despite our best efforts in the morning, we were unable to locate the whereabouts of your sweater at this time. However the good news... More

We had our wedding here in November and so you might think me biased but I really canot praise this hotel enough! From day one we found all the staff helpful and unpushy. It's not an easy decision to choose a wedding venue but we fell in love with the architecture, history and decoration of Brownsover. Lesley and her team... More

10/10! I think we chose a perfect venue for our wedding on 31st March 2012. Right from the first moment of meeting Lesley Hollins, who was our wedding planner, nothing was to much trouble, I've never met a more enthusiastic person, her advice helping us with our special day. The grounds are fantastic for your photos and all the staff... More

Small, comfortable hotel in its own grounds a good choice when in Rugby. Food was pretty good, service was good, prices were good, room was good, overall this is simply a good hotel. Not expensive, not exquisite, just simply good and i will be back when next in Rugby. Ideal for small conference or group meeting. This is not a Premier... More

We arrived to be given a nice, basic double room with complementary bottle of sparkling wine. We had to wait until 9pm till there was a space for us in the dining so were quite hungry by dinner. When we were shown in to the dining room there was loud pop/rap music blaring in from the wedding going on in... More

Thanks for your comments, it is always worth complaining if you are not happy. This gives us an opportunity to put things right for you and if we have made a mistake to offer some compensation. I am very sorry you had to wait for a table on Saturday night, we were very busy but we do our best to... More

The hotel is splendid and informal, both inside and out. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful and many of the party guests complimented both the buffet and the venue.

Visited here a couple of weeks ago for a one night stay with my wife. The hotel is stunning. From the minute you walk in you are treated to a beautifully relaxing environment. The reception team were great. We stopped in a double room which was massive. There was a sofa to relax on, a massive double bed, tv and... More

I stayed here during a recent business trip to the UK. All previous visits were fine but I had never spent a weekend here before, only occasional 'one-nighters' where it was a case of - check-in, bed, breakfast and check-out. However, on this occassion I stayed the weekend between meetings and looked forward to the rest and relaxation after a... More

I am very sorry we fell below your expectations on this occasion. Admittedly weddings are an important market for us,particularly at weekends and under normal circumstances, we are able to accommodate other groups and individuals at the same time without any problem, albeit only one wedding at a time. I will certainly look into the important issues you raised to... More
