The staff are great! Nothing any trouble and friendly and efficient. Our room was an older one and whilst clean and roomy, could do with a refurb. Nice comfortable two night stay while visiting the town recently. Stayed at The Henry Parkes in Tenterfield on the way back home, pulled in around 9pm in the evening looking for a place to stay for the night. Its a comfortable motel with all facilities you expect; clean, comfortable rooms. A good place to stay overnight when traveling.
