I stayed here with family in late 2010 - it is a wonderful, well-appointed and beautifully situated homestead close to Wentworth Falls village (walking distance). It is the perfect size, with not too many guests and beauifully-manicured grounds.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights and were surprised to be told on arrival that the owners were away and that we would have the place to ourselves. In the morning Stephen cooked us a great breakfast; the best of the week.
Silvermere is a beautifully appointed house which has been lovingly restored by Cath and Lew. The...

We stayed in the 3-bedroom cottage which is in a totally different location to the Silvermere Bed and Breakfast site, which was a bit of a surprise at first. We thought it would be near the Bed and Breakfast so we could walk over and have dinner at the restaurant there! It's over the other side of the highway and...

Our family stayed in the dairy over Xmas 2011, it was wonderful. Spacious and quiet location. The beds were comfy and kitchen well equipped. Great location for walks and site seeing. The only down point is the lack of tea/ coffee supplies.(after a long drive with kids, I was in need of coffee)
We stayed at Silvermere for 2 nights in January 2012 with our 6 month old son. Loved it. We stayed in the Maid's quarters which were extremely clean and beautifully furnished. The grounds are lovely and staff really friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back next time we visit the Blue Mountains.
Silvermere was absolute perfection. I would recommend it to absolutely everyone. The rooms were gorgeous, comfortable beds, beautiful views and the service perfect.
If you stay here (which you should!) make sure you have the chef's menu at the hotels restaurant nineteen23 - IT WAS DIVINE!! And only $50 per person for 6 courses!!
I can't wait to go back...

We needed a getaway before our first baby arrives. A friend suggest Silvermere.
We stayed in the 'Chauffeur's Cottage', it was perfect! It had everything we needed as it was fully contained with complementary luxury products and toiletries. I especially loved the huge bath tub!!
The cottage came with full breakfast each day served at the main house, and wow,...

We and 4 other couples booked the whole house for 2 nights one weekend in October 2010. We all live in the city and to be honest, it was incredible. One of the couples had actually got married here some years before so it was really nice for everyone to return on a much more informal and relaxing weekend getaway....

We stayed in 'The Dairy' and it was wonderful. It was a freezing cold wet weekend but we were so toasty warm, had plenty of space, a great kitchen and lots of little things that make a nice holiday weekend (with a baby), like spa jets in the bathtub, warmed floor in the bathroom, central heating, pot belly heater, flat...

Just returned from a two day break at Silvermere. A chance find on an internet site led us to find the B&B and I'm glad we did. The location is excellent; a short walk from the Blue Mountain trainline. The owners have done a fantastic job restoring the estate, including landscaping the gardens. The bedrooms were comfortable with all the...
