I stayed at the Ross motel for a month whilst I was working in the area. Nice clean room. Austar available. Comfortable bed. Adequate heating. Nice place to stay, no complaints except for the train that likes to make some noise every morning

We had a too brief one night stay while on a bike ride. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The motel itself was attractive with nice grounds. I would have enjoyed a more substantial breakfast to start the day's ride. Ross looked like a really cute town.

What a delightful town and we were even more delighted in our choice of accomodation. We had a room and breakfast package which we were really pleased with. Host Graham Edwards was a very chatty and cheerful man and we wished we'd have had more time to talk with this very entertaining fellow. Again this was a one night stop... More

This place is a little gem of a motel, off the main road, lovely, quiet and peaceful. The rooms were reasonably sized, very neat and tidy, and a credit to the owners. The bed was firm, without being hard and the pillows didn't flatten out. The water in the shower was nice and hot and had good pressure. The owners... More

We stayed for one night and found this to be a really nice hotel, and I loved the design in that it fit in well with the area and looked more like townhouses than an average motel building. The room was well maintained and clean and we got a very good night's sleep. Would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for one night - very comfortable, quiet (the Midland Hwy bypasses Ross), clean, nice sized room, friendly staff. Continental breakfast included in the price. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is perhaps a little pricey ($140) given the signs on the B&Bs in the main street advertisings doubles for under $100 - but... More

Limited number of quality motels in the area; most tourist facilities tend to be B&Bs. A modern motel built in a Georgian style with quality fittings. Spacious bathroom and clean and comfortable facilities. Rack rate may seem expensive for a country motel in a small village, but this probably reflects demand (No idea what a B&B charges but probably more)... More
