Basically the experience and level of service was comparable to the Westin downtown but the price was actually more expensive. I'm not sure why, given it's a more suburban environment. I had access to the business lounge on the top floor where breakfast was tasty. Room was spacious, clean. Staff was very professional and courteous like mentiones by other reviewers.
