Best Value in the Area. Clean, Comfortable and affordable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK Nothing to rave about. Good location for traveling to Amish area. We always stay there when visiting our family in the area.

Pleasantly surprised with quality, cleanliness, courteous staff, much better than overall reviews indicated. Several couples stayed here to attend a wedding, we made good use of the lobby area in the late evening.

Nice accommodations, tasty breakfast, very clean room. The hotel was just what we needed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of Massillon next to food and other local shopping. All within walking distance.

The room was very clean. White covers a plus. (Nothing to hide) A nice filling breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful.The passes to the Massillon Recreation Center were nice to take kids to run and play. Would stay again!

We traveled to Massillon for a volleyball tournament and found that the Hampton Inn was basically the only hotel in town. But they were extremely friendly and the hotel was very clean. They even went the extra step to tell you that all bed linens including the spread had been cleaned for us. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional.... More

Facility is located downtown Massillon. Kind of funky for a Hampton as you enter the lobby on the 2nd floor via elevator from the ground floor. The room was fine; bed comfortable and bathroom clean. My only complaint was the "Business Center" which was a 10 year old non-functioning computer in the lobby. Staff was friendly.

The rooms are clean, parking is free, front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The restaurants in the area are good and give a 10% discount on your tab. breakfast is good and a lot to choose from. I will be staying there week after we
