I have stayed in many upper end chain hotels and none of them have left the impression of Mt. Vernon Inn. Clean rooms, great service, and the best breakfast you will ever have. Small, quaint place with a really nice courtyard. You will be treated like family in every way.

The Mt Vernon is a nice place to stay and a good value. The bathrooms are a bit small but the closet was large. The room was nicely decorated and the morning breakfast was excellent. They have beautiful patios and gardens which must be very nice during the growing season.
