Slightly below typical Hampton standards in appearance. Breakfast was subpar, perhaps equal to Super 8 (never stayed at one). Internet speed was fast, connection easy, staff accomodating. Nothing memorable (good or bad) just a good safe place to flop

I asked for a handicap room and that is what I received. It was very nice, clean and the staff was always willing to help me. Parking was close to the door. Continental breakfast was very good and different every day. Staff was very friendly and very helpful.

When we got here, we were told there was a basketball tournament in town so it may be a little louder than normal. She was correct, slamming doors early in the morning. Overall a great place to stay. Extra power points is a great thing to have - make that a signature item. Business travelers love that with a nice office chair and big desk. We need that to work late with.

We travel quite often to the Cleveland Clinic and have tried other hotels nearby but we will use this one again as it was very clean and quiet and the staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean, internet easily accessed. Overall a good experience.
