I don't even know where to start it's gross there are roaches worms and rats in rooms..the whole place smells like mold and mildew...there are holes in the ceilings leaky pipes..no carpet through the hallways ..the elevator barely works when you get on it you can hear it grinding and smell it burning..the pool looks like a big puddle of... Nasty!!!!!! Rats and roaches!!! Water dripping in the halls with buckets to catch it. It was late and there were no other "name brand" hotels in the area. The rooms were dirty and shabby, to say the least. There was no phone or hair dryer. ok i had no choice but to stay at this hotel, it was indeed cheap, which was what took me there, i had no where to stay.. upon entering the room i immediately killed 3 roaches,, i had brought my pillows and blankets but no sheets so the guy let me use the sheet for the night which was nice,,... the first night we stayed we had ants!!!!!! all over the end tables and floor. they have water pipes busted and trash cans all down the hallways catching the water i mean come on ?? also they do not have an ice machine u gotta get it behind the front desk by a staff and its 25 cent per scoop!??... We enjoyed our stay at the Country Hearth Inn in South Point. Very cozy, clean room and good breakfast. I would recommend this hotel.

Upon check in we found filthy rooms with dirty sheets, moldy showers and roaches. The walls all have water damage and mold. Large patches in the ceilings and walls were not completed.
