When we checked into our room, the room wasn't clean. There were cigeratte butts lining the bed, garbage in the cans and pubic hair in the bathroom tub. The room was nasty. To make matters worse, the next day we overheard two of the housekeepers laughing about how they didn't change the bed sheets on the beds that they made....

The hotel was a decent experience overall. The staff was friendly during check in and check-out process. The room we had was very clean. The only drawback is that there was a bad odor in the lobby area and in the same area the food was served. It smelled like smoke but not too sure.

The internet service was non-existent. Front desk said they would "check on it" but for two days nothing.
The television set was at least 30 years old. The picture was so blurry that you could not read anything on the screen. The channel selection was also poor.
