Toledo has much to offer in the way of cultural attractions and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and service offered by the Grand Plaza. The professional staff and river view setting made it the perfect place to stay for business and anticipated return for an relaxing weekend.

This is one very nice hotel the rooms are very upscale and the suiets are even better only draw back is you have to valet park the decor is nice also the service was A1.The corner suite is super and the presidents suite are big as a house.

Overall decent stay. Location was perfect and we had a good view of the river. Cannot even begin to explain how bad it was...everything was terrible. Never again!! The worse service my business partners and I have ever experienced. Poor excuse for a hotel, we would have rather stayed at a ref roof inn. Absolutely disgusting in every aspect of our stay!!
