This hotel is looking worn out and old. as are the beds ,carpets, rooms ,elevators etc. Staff very helpful and pleasant. No restaurant on the property , but lots of choices in the area. Had hot water for showers but had to run water a long time . noisy a/c Mattresses were lumpy as were the pillows. More

I was in Xenia on personal business with my wife and 10-year-old son, who is autistic. Travelling can often be difficult for us, since most establishments aren't able or willing to accommodate the unique needs of a family with a disability. The management and staff at Ramada Xenia were extremely gracious and accommodating, and made us feel at home, rather... More

I stayed @ the Ramada in Xenia, OH this week on business. This hotel has all I needed, a lounge, a restaurant with continental breakfast and fitness center. I met Raj, the GM in the lobby and he told me of the new things happening @ the hotel such as new beds, new duvets and many other room upgrades including... More

Booked trip late afternoon on 8/4 - but discovered I would not need the room after all. Cancelled 2 1/2 hrs later, but the manager said I would be charged anyway and that refunds were Expedia's decision. After multiple calls between Expedia and the manager, it became apparent that the manager was not being honest about the refund policy. I... More

I know you shouldn't leave jewelry in the open, but my wife forgot, and would you believe, it was gone that evening. I know its hard to believe from such a high class establishment. Trust no one, and never forget. More

There is not a nice place to stay in Xenia, unfortunately. The city is in the process of turning things around. After the '74 tornado Xenia has not been the same. It use to be filled with great pride and historical buildings. Such is not the case right now. The Ramada Inn use to be a Holiday Inn and clearly... More

Previous reviews of this property as being in need of a good deep-cleaning -- and preferably a full-on renovation -- are spot-on. Unfortunately, if you want to be in the area for the bike trails or other outdoor pursuits (or, apparently, kids soccer tournaments, which must be the rage here), this Ramada is pretty much the only game in town.... Where do I start....we stayed here for my son's soccer tournament as a team. The price was reasonable but I would much rather pay a higher price than stay in a "roach motel". This was quite possibly one of the most disgusting hotels I've ever stayed in! First of all, you can't even book the rooms on-line. When we got... More

We stayed at this hotel for the girls Xenia soccer tournament. Beds were rock hard. My daughter turned the sheets down and found blood spots on the fitted sheet. There was also hair in the sheets that wasn't hers. She went down and told them and asked for new sheets. Those sheets had some other kind of funky stains on... More
