This hotel was clean, modern and the staff was friendly. It's smoke-free and pet-free, so if you have allergies like me this is a good place to stay. (So many properties allow pets these days.) The "manager's special" snacks and drinks in the breakfast area were a welcome treat for weary travelers.

Very nice hotel, new, and clean. Front desk staff very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was just ok and elevator wait a little long, but overall great stay. Will definitely stay here again when in Youngstown!

The Holiday Inn Express in Niles is a very good place to spend a night - or more. I only stayed one night. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. There are quite a few restaurants in the area if you need something to eat. A very good option in Niles.
