“Comfortable stay - but why charge for wifi?”

We had a very comfortable two night stay in the Sheraton Oklahoma City. It is a great location to Bricktown and easy walk to the memorial (must do!). “Elevator Noise”

To be charging for this room is criminal. After 1:00 a.m. and the elevators run non-stop. Impossible to sleep. I cannot believe they actually built a room in the back side of the elevators. Why not a utility closet

“Terrible service...repeatedly”

Large hotel that hosts large groups - like the softball world series. They host every year at the same time. However, their entire staff seemed surprised that they had large groups of people in the hotel. Service was terrible in the restaurant and bar. Consistently. “You have to pay for everything”

We stayed here for 1 night whilst on a road trip. Good points - good location for park and memorial, good large clean rooms as you would expect, quiet room. Oklahoma City was desserted at the weekend. Not so good points - room was expensive, wifi costs, had to pay for parking, reception weren't very helpful, breakfast costs a bomb.

“great hotel”

i have just been in the hotel for a week ,the rooms are clean ,the people are really helpfull and smiling ,a bit expensive but after all this is sheraton ,the meals are great ,so close to cox conventional center and bricktown ,in the end i enjoyed my stay there
