Was told the first floor was non-smoking but the smell of smoke was very strong in our bathroom and the bedroom. We put the exhaust fan on and that helped a little bit. Did not smell fresh and clean like we usually have at Hampton Inn's.

People are very friendly and the facilities are in overall good repair. I would stay again when I am in town visiting. The location is very easy to access with several eating establishments in walking distance.

My husband and I stayed here for a 2 days and one night for a get away from home trip for part of our anniversary! We loved it! The staff was helpful and polite! The place was very clean! It's a great location!

Even though we checked in late at night it was a snap! After a long, rough day it was nice to come in to a clean, comfortable hotel! I am very picky about cleanliness and this hotel was very nice. Room & bathroom were clean and smelled fresh. Comfortable bed. Great experience!

Started staying here on my business trips after Holiday Inn Express became run-down. Clean. Quiet. Comfortable. The room was quiet even though it is located on the Interstate hiway. The room was clean. And most importantly the bed and pillows comfortable. The free breakfast was a tasty bonus. I will stay at the Hampton Inn if I visit Shawnee again.

Wonderful group of employees. They made me feel very welcome. I was there for several weeks and they gave me great recommendations on where to eat, shop, and on what to do in the area. Rooms are clean and the hotel is well maintained.
