“Great location-Lousy bed”

We stayed in this hotel in a 'suite' that had a king size bed and pull out sofa. We did not utilize the sofa. However the bed was a trampoline. I enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance, check in was fast about 8 minutes and I had my room key. The room was newly decorated and spacious. Great customer service. Centally located for great shopping and restaurants.

“So Relaxing”

When it comes to hotels you ultimately want a great night's rest. We got way more than that. Room was clean, king size bed was perfect, the in hotel restaurant served great food and drinks and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. And did I mention that I slept like a baby?
