Was traveling for business and got booked into this hotel. Checking in was fast and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly the entire trip (especially the night clerk who got me a newspaper at check-out since they hadn't been put out yet.) Got a lot more than what i expected from the room; large and clean, if a little dated. Hot tub in the room was a nice surprise! Great and plentiful breakfast too and perfect location. I did however think it was a little pricey considering what else you can get in Bend.

We stayed as I had to work, but we also got to enjoy the pool and hot tub in the evening. Close to great places to eat, this was a nice place to stay for a night in Bend. You can walk a few blocks to shopping, a park and restaurants.

For the price it is a great option for downtown Bend. We come to Bend a few times a year and have now stayed at 3 of the downtown hotels and 4 different rental homes. Easy two block stroll to our event downtown. Quiet, well-appointed suite despite a completely full hotel. Good breakfast buffet with generous hours. Kids loved the pool and hot tub. Exercise room with TV. Courteous, hustling staff. Fridge and microwave in room. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again.
