Called the hotel a half hour before we were to arrive to confirm room availability. When we arrived the fellow told us he was mistaken and had misinformed us on the phone, but that we could have an upgrade for the same price. That worked out fine for us. Reception was great, upgraded to a suite at no extra cost as had requested a quiet room. Convenient Denny's next door with good food. Problems at checkout but were resolved by manager later on. More

Facility was fine but water smelled and tasted like a mineral spring, ie like rotten eggs. Informed front desk that the lobby's men's restroom had only scalding hot water and heat lamps in a restroom with only sink and toilet. It was 90+ degrees outside so the un-needed heat lamps were unpleasant. Staff didn't seem to care when informed. More
