If you like a clean, well supplied and spacious vacation rental house with an open deck overlooking the Umpqua River this is the place to be. Wish we could have stayed longer. What a treasure. Friendly and informative owner is a plus as well. Lovely location, there are a lot of fun things to do close by. We will be... More

We stayed in the Maple cottage for 2 nights and it was wonderful! The cabin was very homey and clean, and Randy made us feel very welcome and comfortable. It was nice to be out in nature and be able to enjoy all the scenery around us. The view from the deck is amazing and I have never had a... More

This place is incredible. We stayed four nights in January. We made a point to be back early from our hiking every day so we could sit on the sofa with our wine while looking at the amazing Umpqua River flow by. The place was immaculate, well furnished and the host, Randy, was totally nice and helpful. Our biggest problem... More

We rented all three homes last month and took all of our friends and family for a relaxing weekend. We had a blast! We already reserved them for next year. It is nice to have the "home" feel away from your own home. Randy was very nice and helpful. Will be going back often.

Our cabin was great! Very clean and a full kitchen really was convenient... Didn't even need our own kitchenware, all provided which was a bonus. Randy was a very generous host, and helped with anything we needed. Great view of the river, and a private fishing area. Will definitely be going back again!

The rooms were dirty!! The kitchen items looking like things purchased at the goodwill store...The host was drunk after the time. The one good thing was view & the beautiful river!! Will not go back again!!

We stayed in the Maple home for one night during a week long road trip around Southern and Central Oregon. This place is amazing! A beautiful comfortable, clean and nicely furnished home on the river. You feel like you are staying in a tree house the way it is built over the river. We were greeted in the morning by... More

Camping is fun as you get to be in remote spots but this place beats all, and you get to stay in a house instead of pitching a tent! It's right off of Highway 138 but it's down a little driveway and away from any highway noise. You won't find many cars on that part of the highway anyway for... More

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights in June and we couldn't have asked for more. The weather was perfect, the location and view is amazing. There are very little properties along the North Umpqua River and this is definitely a hidden gem. We stayed in the "fir cabin" and had a balcony that was directly above the... More
