I was pleased to find myself in a clean room. The bed was comfortable and pleasant. If I was in town again, I would stay at this place again. Good value for the price I paid.

There is nothing special looking about this hotel, but we keep going back because it is really comfortable, and close to the downtown old town KFalls. From the outside the hotel looks a bit run-down and unimposing. Our queen room was quite old-fashioned and gloomy but surprisingly spacious and clean. They have free wifi internet (85 kb/s download speed), but it often crashed. The walls are very thin and there are two locked doors to other rooms. Staff was nice. Decent place for a short stay.

Much improved during past year. VERY comfortable bed; high water pressure in shower; effective quite air conditioning. Pleasant staff. Pool temperature refreshing. Only negative is spa - bubbles only - needs repair no jet.

Dirty and very badly in need of updating. Limited breakfast selection with low quality food.
