This place sucks. Not worth the price. Demand a full refund. Dirty rooms and bathroom. Yuck! They forgot to mention bugs included. Everything is old and needs replacing and the closest they will ever get to doing that is "Saying" that they will. Broken hot tub and pool. Maids don't do proper cleaning either. Place needs new staff and management.... More

Where to begin? Had to stay there for a few days with a group and I would've changed hotels were it not for too much of an inconvenience for the entire group. - intermittent wi-fi - no business center - no TELEVISION (it went out while we were there) - mosquitoes in the room - the cheapest mattress you could... I'm concerned about the dissatisfaction you experienced at our hotel during your recent visit. I'm writing to thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to my attention. I know how frustrating it must have been when the internet & cable was not working. Allot of people in La Grande that day went without internet and cable due... More

Excellent budget hotel. Bed was comfortable, free WiFi (that actually works!), fridge, iron etc, all the things that you need are in the room. Great heater (didn't use the a/c - November in Oregon!), clean bathroom, good shower (the head was a little low and I'm nowhere near tall!) and very very friendly staff. Coffee and tea 24 hours (they... More

We are not opposed to old hotels, just dirty ones. This one seemed as if it haden't been cleaned in a LONG time. Bathroom was disgusting. Most uncomfortable bed and flat pillow. Also put in an ajoining room next to a family with several small children who yelled and banged on the door and parents that apparently think nothing of... More

Our group of 56 always stops here on the way home from Las Vegas. We have found the staff to very good and helpful. They let us use the breakfast room for a wine and cheese party on our last day before getting home. The rooms are very good and quite, continental breakfast in the morning is very good. Our... More

Old hotel. The bed was suppse to be a queen, but was more the size of a full. The room was clean, but they did not spendmuch time on cleaning. Told the front desk about the bed and the response was "um, please sign here." Never will stay there again. It was worse than the super 8!

We got the name and number of this motel on one of those Traveler Discount books. We called from the road and asked if they would honor the discount amount and when they said they would, we reserved a room for later that evening. They asked us to give them a card number to reserve the room so we gave... More

I just stayed here for a night while I visited the Eastern Oregon Campus. Pros: -$60 a night for a comfy queen bed, TV, small refrigerator, and hair dryer! -Was next to the main road but couldn't here traffic noise -very close to food, and downtown area, although I still took my car. -Had a nice breakfast nook separate from... I would recommend the motel to anyone. They are very helpful and friendly. We had to stay past the check out because our truck wasn't ready yet from the repair shop. The people were very helpful with that problem. I enjoyed the breakfast they serve, was just enough for anyone traveling.

I have stayed at most of the hotels in La Grande. The place we keep coming back to and we call our second home is the La Grande Inn. I work with four other guys and they all would rather stay here than any other hotel in La Grande. We come here all year long so we have seen all... More
